Abstract

Master's qualification work is focused on improving the reliability of the electric drives of production mechanisms by carrying out their diagnosis and timely detection of defects in the early stages of their development. The mathematical model of the actuator diagnostics is improved in the work, which allows to perform functional diagnostics of the actuator based on the analysis of its diagnostic parameters with respect to the basic and limiting ranges of allowable parameter values, and also takes into account possible short-term failures in the object of diagnosis. The corresponding microprocessor structure is synthesized and the algorithm of operation of the diagnostic device is proposed.
