Abstract

The key geopolitical position of Ukraine in providing the shortest transport routes in the Eurasian region, the existence of an extensive network of railways and highways, non-freezing seaports in the Black Sea, the Azov Sea and the mouth of the Danube determine the great role of the national transport complex as an infrastructure not only for foreign economic relations of Ukraine, but also an important component of the global transport and communications system that provides the dynamic development of world trade.
