Апаратна реалізація логіко-часового нейроелемента

Abstract

The variant of logic-time neuroelement`s hardware implementation is developed. In this neuroelement information appears by durations of time intervals. It differs from known neuroelements, where information appears by digital codes, by smaller hardware expenses at realization on the digital elementary basis of PLD. In the case of realization on an optoelectronic elementary basis (integral-optical Bragg`s waveguide switches) developed neuroelement has additionally the greater fast-acting. Also developed neuroelement has the extended functional possibilities due to a presence in it the dependence «force-duration».
