Abstract

An immitance logic element "OR" comprises two transistors, a unibus, first and second inputs of the device, output of the device, a power supply bus, a first resistor, second terminal of which is connected to the power supply bus. Two capacitors, two switches, second, third, fourth and fifth resistors are incorporated. As the transistor, double-base diodes are used.
