The article provides a detailed study of methods for increasing the survivability of autonomous objects under the conditions of intensive external electromagnetic interference. The necessity of the transition from high-level software protocols to the implementation of "hardwired" logic based on the mathematical apparatus of switching functions is substantiated. This approach facilitates the stable operation of the autonomous control system in case of communication failure with the operator or the degradation of global navigation satellite system signals. The methodological framework of the study implements classical approaches of computer logic and digital automata theory. In the course of the research, a multi-criteria decision-making model was developed based on the analysis of four key input variables: the presence of intensive interference in the radio channel, loss of control signal (RC Loss), safe altitude sensor readings (Vision), and energy resource level (Battery). The authors describe in detail all stages of the switching function synthesis – from the formation of a 16-state truth table to the isolation of critical sets corresponding to the object's survival conditions. Special attention is paid to the process of minimizing logical expressions. A comparative analysis of the analytical simplification method based on Boolean algebra laws and the graphical method using plane diagrams (Karnaugh maps) was caried out. The identical results obtained confirmed the correctness of the synthesized minimal disjunctive normal form (MDNF). It was established that the use of an optimized switching function allows for reducing hardware costs for the control system implementation by nearly four times due to the reduction in the number of logical operations from eleven to three. Practical part of the study includes the development and modeling of the controller's logic circuit in the specialized Electronics Workbench environment. The simulation results confirmed the high response speed of the system to external threats. It has been proven that the proposed architecture, implemented on the basis of FPGA or discrete logic, provides a deterministic response time and prevents software freezing of the controller in extreme operating conditions. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the development of a "hardware instinct" algorithm for an autonomous object, based on which the decision-making process is implemented at the physical level of the electronic circuit, significantly increasing the reliability of aviation equipment in extreme operating conditions.en
