Abstract

The proposed method for the dispatching control of the operational mode of an electric power system consists in determining the deviations of the values of the measurable parameters of the system from the specified values by using the data of a telemetry system, determining the probable deviations of the values of the intangible parameters of the system by the output data of the mathematical model of the system, and generating control signals in order to restore the specified parameter values. To determine the values of the intangible parameters of the system, a mathematical model is used that is realized as a set of logical equations.
