Abstract

Іn this thesis project technological preparation of production details "Сover EK-06.12". The use of automation and mechanization can increase productivity, reduce production area and the number of workers. Use tools with numerical control allows to improve working conditions and reduce: the cost of living labor. In today's machines with automatic replacement of the cutting tool more widely used in manufacturing and up to date machining. Achieving a high level of productivity is also possible through the use of new designs cutting tools and rational use and exploitation. In a separate section of the project is calculated basic and upgraded routes machining. In the economic section calculates capital costs for upgrading process and production cost per unit. After that is the calculation of economic benefit from the modernization process and the calculated payback period of capital investment. Under life safety analyzes are dangerous and harmful factors that may act on the working staff.
