Вплив розподілу фінансових ресурсів на розвиток сільських громад

Abstract

Drawbacks of current mechanism of allocation of state financial recourses and smoothing grants in particular are analysed. The features of conflict of interests are considered due to this particular case. Influence of operating allocation of financial resources on development of rural communities is studied, utilisation of contract approach as one of methods of increase of financial resources in rural areas is suggested.
