Abstract

Device for pressing operations contains mount, clamp and support with a pressing roller mounted on it. Pressing roller has a form of conical roller. The profile of the side of roller corresponds to the profile of the flanged element of billet. Pressing roller is mounted in the seat of hollow axle, which is located at an angle with the axis of mount with possibility of free rotation in the spring-loaded bearing unit. The angle between the hollow axle and the axis of mount depends on the angle of taper of the pressing roller.
