У тезі досліджується принцип колективності у функціонуванні НАТО, його правові основи та механізми реалізації. Аналізується роль статті 5 Вашингтонського договору, спільного ухвалення рішень, військових операцій та фінансування оборонних ініціатив. Розглянуто виклики, що постають перед Альянсом у сучасному світі.
The article explores the principle of collectivity in the functioning of NATO, its legal foundations and mechanisms of implementation. The role of Article 5 of the Washington Treaty, joint decision-making, military operations and financing of defense initiatives is analyzed. The challenges facing the Alliance in the modern world are considered.
