Abstract

Master's thesis is devoted to deepening existing and developing new theoretical foundations and methodological recommendations to improve the efficiency of international road transport. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: 1. To analyze the current state of the system for the provision of services for the international carriage of goods by road and outline improvement paths in order to achieve the required level of efficiency and quality of operation of this system; 2. To develop a business process for managing a trucking company and a conceptual model for marketing international road transport of goods; 3. To develop an organizational and economic mechanism for assessing the economic efficiency of international road transport of goods and a model and forecasting algorithms for the main indicators of international road transport of goods; 4. On the basis of a systematic approach, identify the main factors affecting the efficiency of international cargo transportation and outline the main ways to improve their quality and efficiency;
