Анотація
The work is devoted to the development of the concept of construction management with the help of information modeling tools. The basic scheme of hierarchical detailing of a typical investment-construction project is developed. The efficiency and effectiveness of the principal and functional schemes for the use of information tools in building
management are proposed and substantiated.
