Перспективи реконструкції будівель старої забудови в Україні

Abstract

У даній роботі досліджено можливості оновлення застарілих будинків з інтеграцією їх в сучасне середовище. Визначено потенціал використання будівель старої забудови як ресурс для розвитку міської інфраструктури. Розглянуто приклади реконструкції будівель закордонних країн. Висвітлено основні питання про перспективи реконструкції будинків 1960-70 років в Україні з пристосуванням до сучасних вимог.

This work explores the possibilities of updating old buildings with their integration into the modern environment. The potential of using old buildings as a resource for the development of urban infrastructure has been determined. Examples of reconstruction of buildings in foreign countries are considered. The main questions about the prospects of reconstruction of buildings of 1960-70 years in Ukraine with adaptation to modern requirements are highlighted.
