Застосування цифрових технологій у процесі викладання фізичної культури

Abstract

У статті розглядається застосування інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій під час викладання фізичної культури. Використання ІКТ у фізичному вихованні сприяє вдосконаленню та урізноманітненню освітнього процесу та готує молоде покоління до життя в сучасному інформаційному суспільстві. Зазначено, що інформаційно-комп’ютерні технології стають дієвим інструментом для закладів вищої освіти де активно відбувається впровадження цифровізації та діджиталізації, що персоналізує професійну діяльність та полегшує виконання багатьох професійних завдань. Визначено, що ІКТ – це сукупність методів і технічних засобів збору, організації, збереження, обробки, передавання й подання інформації, що розширює знання здобувачів вищої освіти і розвиває їхнє критичне мислення. Обґрунтовано, що у навчальному процесі під час викладання фізичної культури використовуються інформаційно-комп’ютерні технології та автоматизовані діагностичні системи, застосування яких дає змогу з високим ступенем ефективності здійснювати професійну підготовку студентів у вищих навчальних закладах на основі сучасних інформаційних технологій.The article considers the use of information and computer technologies in teaching physical culture. The use of ICT in physical education contributes to the improvement and diversification of the educational process and prepares the younger generation for life in the modern information society. It is noted that information and computer technologies are becoming an effective tool for higher education institutions where digitalization and digitization are actively being implemented, which personalizes professional activities and facilitates the performance of many professional tasks. It is determined that ICT is a set of methods and technical means of collecting, organizing, storing, processing, transmitting and presenting information, which expands the knowledge of higher education students and develops their critical thinking. It is substantiated that information and computer technologies and automated diagnostic systems are used in the educational process during teaching physical culture, the use of which allows for a high degree of efficiency in carrying out professional training of students in higher education institutions based on modern information technologies.
