Технологічна підготовка виробництва деталі «Втулка 60.08» з використанням CALS-технологій

Abstract

In the master's qualification work an example of using CALS-technologies is considered for creation of the information environment of technological preparation of the production of the part "Sleeve 60.08". In the technological part the analysis of the part's parts was made and the details of the machinability of the part were determined, the type of production was determined, the workpiece was designed, the technological process of mechanical processing of the " Sleeve 60.08" was considered, the admissions to mechanical processing and cutting modes were determined. In the second section an integrated information environment for the technological preparation of the production of the " Sleeve 60.08" component is developed on the basis of CAD / CAE / CAM and PDM systems. In the economic part, the calculation of basic technical and economic indicators was carried out, the necessary technological equipment was determined, capital expenditures were determined and a calculation of the technological cost of manufacturing the component was made. The section on occupational safety and emergency management provides recommendations for improving the working conditions of workers.
