Дослідження параметрів імітансного кола двопараметричного конвертора імітансу на основі польового транзистора

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the basic parameters of multiparameter generalized immitance convertors immitance circles on the basis of FET. The research of the main immitance circle parameters for the immitance convertor was conducted in the range of converted resistive, capacitive and inductive immitances. The research results proved that multiparameter immitance convertors on the basis of FET are perspective elements for adaptive oscillator sensors implementation.
