Abstract

The transistor equivalent of an inductance coil consists of a transistor, the base of which is connected to the first contact of the first resistor, the second contact of the first resistor is linked to a power bus, the emitter through the first resistor is connected to the power bus, and through the first blocking capacitor is connected to output terminal. The second blocking capacitor and the third resistor are connected between the base and the common bus. As transistor it is used a unijunction transistor, the first base of which is connected to the common bus.
