Анотація
In the materials of the report there is a description of modern problems of heat supply. The
analysis of modern software for thermal-hydraulic calculations is presented. The approach and tools for
creating a model of topological structures of a heat meter are proposed. Described the advantages of the
database graphs in the context of creating this model. The feasibility of implementing the theory of
dynamic systems graphs is shown for the scenario analysis.
