Анотація
The article provides a generalized analysis of theoretical approaches and views on the management of the intellectual potential of enterprises. Based on the analysis, the main essential features of the concept of «management of the intellectual potential of an enterprise» are identified. The conclusion is substantiated that effective management of intellectual potential is a critically important aspect of the activities of enterprises, as it directly affects their competitiveness and ability to achieve sustainable development.
