Abstract

The proposed device for controlling commutation in a commutator direct-current electric machine contains a transducer for measuring voltage drop on the commutator, rotation frequency timing signal former, a pulse former, a pulse counter, a switch, a displaying unit, and additionally, a current transducer, AND logic elements, an OR logic element, an additional switch, two multiplexers, two analog-to-digital converters, two data registers, two additional displaying units, a monostable multivibrator, a setting unit, and a digital comparator. The output of the voltage drop transducer is connected to the input of the pulse former. The output of the pulse former is connected to the second input of the second AND logic element and the input of the second switch. The output of the second switch is connected to the input of the second multiplexer. The first input of the second AND logic element is connected to the output of the monostable multivibrator. The input of the monostable multivibrator is connected to the output of the rotation frequency timing signal former. The output of the second AND logic element is connected to the second input of the first second AND logic element, control inputs of the multiplexers, and the input of the pulse counter. The output of rotation frequency timing signal former is connected to the control input of the pulse counter and the second inputs of the third and fourth AND logic elements. The output of the pulse counter is connected for the first input of the digital comparator. The second input of the comparator is connected to the output of the setting unit, and the output is connected to the first input of the third AND logic element. The output of the third AND logic element is connected to the input of the second displaying unit and the input of the OR logic element. The output of the OR logic element is connected to the first input of the fourth AND logic element. The output of the fourth AND logic element is connected to the control inputs of the registers. The output of the first AND logic element is connected to the input of the first switch and the input of the first multiplexer. The output of the first multiplexer is connected to the input of the first analog-to-digital converter. The output of the first analog-to-digital converter is connected to the input of the first register. The output of the first register is connected to the input of the first displaying unit. The output of the second multiplexer is connected to the input of the second analog-to-digital converter. The output of the second analog-to-digital converter is connected to the input of the second register. The output of the second register is connected to the input of the third displaying unit.
