Застосування програмної компенсації впливу температури для оптичних вимірювачів концентрації газів

Abstract

The temperature influence on the metrological characteristics of optical absorption of gas concentration meter and temperature software compensation method is developed and researched in the paper. During laboratory researches of developed experimental prototype meter there has been found that the value of the methane concentration measuring additional error in the temperature range from +5 to +35 °C is not more than ±0, 15 vol. %, which is 2.7 times less than the required value according to GOST (±0,4 vol.%) and it is fully compliant to the requirements of the data for gas components concentration measuring.
