Abstract

Master's qualification work on the theme: "Energy-efficient heating and ventilation system of a dwelling house with built-in premises" consists of an explanatory note, a graphic part and a presentation. An analytical review of energy-efficient modern engineering systems of residential buildings with built-in premises is carried out. Design measures for increasing the energy efficiency of the building are determined. An energy cost analysis has been performed. The results of analytical research are realized on the example of the project of heating and ventilation of 2-section 4-storey residential building with built-in retail premises in the city of Pervomaysk, Mykolaiv region. Techno-economic comparison of various variants of ventilation and heating systems is carried out on the basis of which the choice of systems accepted for designing is substantiated. The technical calculations (heat engineering, hydraulic) were performed and the main equipment of the heating system was selected with the use of alternative energy sources and ventilation system using energy efficient equipment. The work defines the organizational and technological support for the implementation of project proposals, the composition and scope of works, the number of workers and a list of main and auxiliary equipment for installation, a schedule of work is scheduled. The technical regulations and means for carrying out the test are described at the time of commissioning of the system, as well as given safety recommendations during the execution of installation work. The recommendations on labor protection related to the installation and operation of this system are set forth. The economic calculations of the project are carried out.
