Анотація

This paper discusses the use of cloud services in data-driven project management for the modernization of SAP ERP systems. The effectiveness of IaaS, SaaS, and BaaS models is analyzed in key project processes such as planning, control, communication, and risk management. Real-life cases demonstrate the integration of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) into project frameworks. The paper proposes a hybrid cloud architecture tailored to project profiles and supported by FinOps and Data Governance practices.
