Abstract

In the master qualification work the problem of ecological safety of the transport of waste in Vinnitsa region. The system of monitoring the transport of dangerous goods, the proposed approach improved monitoring of traffic in Vinnitsa region. Environmental risks are calculated and identified a potential zone of destruction due to the release of harmful substances for example the Vinnitsa region. Developed recommendations on environmental security in the region for the carriage of hazardous waste. The aim of this study is to evaluate the environmental safety of the transport of waste as well as improving the effectiveness of monitoring shipments of waste in Vinnytsya region and Ukraine as a whole by optimizing the accelerated response to an emergency. Object is dangerous goods and waste. The subject of research is the process of transporting waste, emergencies caused by failure carriage of dangerous goods. Areas of application - environmental protection and ecological safety.
