Abstract

This paper considers theoretical methods of analysis of radiomessuring humidity transducers. In the master's qualification work in scientific terms the mathematical models of humidity transducers with frequency output based on nonlinear equivalent circuits that allowed us to obtain current-voltage characteristics conversion function and sensitivity equation developed devices. Testers developed microelectronic humidity transducers with frequency output on the basis of two bipolar and field and bipolar transistor structures for humidity based on the structure and npn bipolar transistors with field dvozatvornoho cylindrical capacitor electrode structure of sitkopodibnymy with a sensitivity of 2.6 to 4.2 kHz /% and a cylindrical capacitor structure with cylindrical electrodes with a sensitivity of 6 to 10.9 kHz /% and output amplitude of 1.25 V.
