Abstract

В роботі представлено попередні результати дослідження з виявлення та визначення параметрів, характеристик, показників за яким можливо було б, на ранніх стадіях, оцінити ступінь доцільності розробки проектно-кошторисної документації (ПКД) будівельних об’єктів на основі ВІМ-технологій. В дослідженні основну увагу було зосереджено на визначені параметрів та критеріїв оцінки різних аспектів проекту (рамкових умов), таких як технічна складність та бюджетна можливість, наявність фахівців тощо. За результатами дослідження запропоновано перелік параметрів, які надають можливість комплексно оцінити проект, з точки зору економічної доцільності та ефективності розробки ПКД будівельного об’єкта на основі BIM-технологій.The work presents the preliminary results of the research on the identification and determination of parameters, characteristics, indicators, according to which it would be possible, in the early stages, to assess the degree of expediency of developing design and estimate documentation (DED) of construction objects based on BIM-technologies. In the study, the main attention was focused on the defined parameters and criteria for evaluating various aspects of the project (framework conditions), such as technical complexity and budget possibility, availability of specialists, etc. Based on the results of the research, a list of parameters is proposed that provide an opportunity to comprehensively evaluate the project, from the point of view of economic feasibility and efficiency of developing the DED of the construction object based on BIM-technologies
