Abstract

Thesis for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences in Economics on speciality 08.00.01 – Economic Theory and the History of Economics. – Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. – Kyiv, 2007. A thesis is devoted to the complex research of innovative entrepreneurship formation and organizational, economic and institutional mechanism of its development and regulation in transitive economy. There had been grounded the theoretic, methodological and methodic principles of innovative entrepreneurship functioning. There had been ascertained incentives and existing antagonisms with the innovative entrepreneur activity. There had been revealed the influence of innovative entrepreneurship upon the growth of economy’s innovation development model and grounded the necessity of its overall state support and stimulation. There had been explored activization factors for innovative entrepreneurship in Ukraine including venture enterprises and powerful corporations. There had been defined the ways for the state innovation policy and national innovative strategy improvement.
