Анотація

The purpose of the article is to consider the evolution of futurological concepts and identify their impact on modern urban planning practice. The article is devoted to the question of the influence of the principles of futurological concepts of urban development of the XX-XXI centuries. on modern urban planning. The research is relevant for the practice of urban planning, as well as the formation of the methodological basis for teaching the discipline "History and Theory of Urban Planning".
