Проблеми та перспективи підвищення пожежної стійкості фасадів висотних будівель

Abstract

The article analyses the current challenges of reconstructing the facades of high-rise buildings in Ukraine in the context of the times of destruction and fires. The main causes of fires in high-rise buildings are revealed, including power grid failure, use of combustible materials, non-compliance with fire safety standards, structural aging, and others. A systematic approach to improving fire resistance through the introduction of modern building codes and the use of materials with high fire resistance is proposed. The fire resistance classes of building structures in accordance with national standards, their compliance with the functional purpose and type of buildings are investigated.
