Comparison of characteristic of the marked types of coolant-moderator is led at the use of them in the systems of heating. One of sanitary-hygenic requirements there is support in the apartments of even temperature. At the use of the heated air it is possible constantly to support the even temperature of every separate apartment, quickly changing air that is given. As a result of implementation of comparison of descriptions aquatic, steam and air systems, for establishment in housing building it costs to accept the aquatic system of heating.
