Анотація
A power plant has inlet unit, a support and a working wheel. The inlet unit is arranged as separate channels separated by side elements, connected through one-way valves to turbine chamber at the outlet of which working wheel is fixed, the blades of this one are installed in radial positions, the front part of those is directed to inside of the working wheel.
