dc.description.abstract	An analysis of modern approaches in the practice of international law to the concept of «hybrid war» was carried out, different understandings regarding the interpretation of this phenomenon were highlighted. It was determined that the existing mechanisms of legal regulation of the «hybrid war» phenomenon are not effective today. The necessity of finding alternative legal assessments regarding the qualification of the phenomenon of «hybrid war» from the point of view of modern international law is shown.	en
