Abstract

The recommendations to the construction of structure and mathematical models of strategic potential use level determining are presented in the article. The methodological approaches of an enterprise’ strategic potential use level estimation are proposed on the bases of the mathematical device of fuzzy logic and neural networks and allow not to consider all combinations of parameters making resulting decisions that significantly increases the speed of information processing and consider its different nature, change the set of valuation parameters under conditions of fast internal and external environments dynamically. The peculiarities of complex goal program of strategic potential using improvement constructing are presented. It allows identifying the main areas of funding and making efficient allocation of scarce resources.
