Abstract

Dumps represent the so-called structural center in a naturally-technogenic system, that is, an element of the system. When studying the system, it is necessary to identify direct and feedback links, analyze the phenomena of self-regulation, evaluate the integrity, orderliness and centralization of information indicators for the formation of the potential ecological danger of natural and man-made systems.
