Abstract

Simulant-optic RS-trigger has four limiting resistor, six separating capacitors, a common bus, the bus power supply, the input and the output of the device, the two converted immitance, two of the key, two double-base diode. It is provided with six bipolar transistors, two isolating capacitor, two diodes, the two light-emitting diode, four photoresistors, six limiting resistors.
