In the article parameters are certain in accordance with the offered of principle energysaving technology of utilization of organic in the biogas setting which influences on the process of anaerobic fermentation of organic mass on every stage of bioconversion. The design of output of biogas is executed on the base of fuzzy logic and unclear plurals depending on the basic factors of influence, in particular mechanical interfusion.
