Abstract

A heat generator on solid fuel in which in the body a zigzag-like channel is provided for air heating, besides that additionally an exhaust ventilator is included, tubes for supply and discharge of boiler water, hatches for cleaning the inner surface of the heat generator, water jacket, this cools the furnace and the surface of the heat exchange, at that the last one is arranged as a gas-pipe one and is equipped with intensifiers of heat exchange and connected to gas duct for takeoff of burning products. Additionally a ceramic insert is placed in the furnace, this includes a slot which normal to the axis cross sections are in form of a rectangular parallelepiped with variable area and channels for secondary air supply, at that the channels in ceramic insert are placed in chess order, besides that, the body of the heat generator is covered with heat insulation.
