The article explored that logistics harmonizes the interests of suppliers and consumers and considers the movement of material resources from the primary source to the end user as a single material stream. There has been proven that the problem of formation of a unified organization of transportation process algorithm that takes into account the diversity of options for interaction "supplier - carrier - the recipient" is actual.
