Abstract

The Master's qualification work on the theme "Energy-efficient system for providing microclimate of buildings with individual centralized heat supply" consists of an explanatory note of 132 sheets and a graphical part in volume of 10 sheets of A1 format. In this work an analytical review of the use of apartment heat points for creating comfortable conditions in residential premises is carried out. Theoretical and project substantiation of parameters of microclimate creation systems in residential premises with the use of systems of apartment thermal points is carried out. The calculation of systems and their individual elements has been carried out, optimal dimensions and pipeline diameters have been selected, equipment has been selected that meets the modern requirements of energy efficiency. The main organizational and technological decisions concerning implementation of project decisions are offered. The composition and volume of works are determined, methods of their execution are selected. The complexity of installation work is determined, on the basis of which the schedule of work execution is compiled. Techno-economic indicators and payback period of systems are determined. The graphic part contains floor plans with schemes of heating and ventilation, axonometric schemes of data systems, an apartment heating point, a schedule of installation works, a schedule of workers movement, a schedule of movement of machines and mechanisms and units.
