Цифрові та імпульсні нейроелементи для образних нейрокомп’ютерів

Abstract

Thesis is devoted to development and research of neuroelements, i.e components of computer technique, which implements the information processing functions, incident to the biological neuron. The important scientifically-applied task of neuroelement perfection is solved in dissertation. The task consists in the multibit digital neuroelements fast-acting increasing; logic-time neuroelement apparatus expenses decreasing; pulsed neuroelement output power (fan-out possibility) increasing; neural network structurally-technological indexes improving; namely is diminishing of weight and size indexes of optoelectronic neuronet hardware representations. The improved structural organizations and mathematical models of digital, logic-time and pulsed neuroelements are represented. The practical value of work consists in offering the circuitry solution of neuroelement and optoelectronic neural network realization, conducting the computer simulation and experimental researches of neuroelements. The thesis results can be used in future researches for construction of functional units of neurocomputers.
