Abstract

A device comprises a sensor of angle of rotation of an insulating roller, a sensor of the level of setting voltage of an electric motor for control of displacement of epy insulating roller, a current sensor, twelve sensors of potentials on block contacts and an arithmetic logic unit, in which is determined the technical state of a tram accelerator and correct treatment of a set input signal by an electric motor of accelerator control into a corresponding output signal of displacement of the insulating roller. When identifying a fault a signal is sent to the appropriate indicator.
