Abstract

Engine oil replacement is one of the main factors affecting the frequency of maintenance (maintenance) not only of internal combustion engines (ICEs), but also of cars in general. Therefore, the task of diagnosing the condition of motor oils becomes urgent. The work presents an algorithm for determining the frequency of maintenance of internal combustion engines of cars based on diagnostics of the state of engine oil, which will ultimately lead to an increase in the efficiency of technical operation of cars, a reduction in costs and an adjustment of the periodicity of maintenance of internal combustion engines.
