Дослідження впливу ефекту локалізованого поглинання випромінювання у розсіювальних частинках на мультиспектральні вимірювання

Abstract

The influence of the effect of localized absorption by chromophores in scattering particles of various forms of inhomogeneous biological media on the accuracy of multispectral measurements of their biophysical and structural parameters is studied. Correction coefficients for models of inhomogeneous biological media with particles of different shapes and their dependence on the wavelength and geometric sizes of the particles are calculated. The obtained results are important for reducing the measurement errors of biophysical and structural parameters of inhomogeneous biological media by multispectral methods.
