Показано як чат-боти та віртуальні асистенти можуть сприяти покращенню процесу навчання, забезпечуючи більш ефективне та інтерактивне навчання.uk
dc.description.abstractThe work reviews chatbots and virtual assistants in the field of education. The use of chatbots and virtual assistants as innovation technologies to improve the quality of education is analyzed. An overview of the main features of these technologies is carried out. It is shown how chatbots and virtual assistants can contribute to the improvement of the learning process, providing more effective and interactive learning.en
