Abstract

The proposed direct-current amplifier contains three current sources, transistors, and resistors. The first and the second terminals of the third current source are accordingly connected to the emitters of transistors 7, 8, collectors of transistors 13, 14, and bases of transistors 17, 18. The collectors of transistors 7, 8 are connected to the negative terminal of the power-supply unit. The collectors of transistors 21, 22 are accordingly connected to the bases and collectors of transistors 11, 12 and bases of transistors 5, 6. The bases of transistors 21, 22 are accordingly connected to the bases of transistors 13, 14, bases and collectors of transistors 15, 16, and emitters transistors 17, 18. The emitters of transistors 21, 22 are accordingly connected to the positive and the negative terminals of the power-supply unit.
