Abstract

The aim of this work is developing of a web application for exchange text and media messages in real time. The work includes analysis of the subject area, analysis of existing counterparts, survey software tool, a description of the design, development and implementation of major software modules and graphic software of web application. There was used programming language Ruby and Rails framework to create functional and logical model. Graphic software development was done by using HTML, CSS and CoffeeScript. There is posted structure and description of information provision, describes the development of the interface and software. There have been feasibility studies for expediency of developing and calculation of basic economic indicators of production, implementation and operation of the software. Web application has an intuitive interface and responsive design that provides its universality and cross-platform.
