dc.description.abstract	In design of subsystems of management ICS there is a problem of synthesis of ICS control system, which will provide optimum sharing of operations on parallel and serial. For the solution of a task the cost function is introduced, it is received on a basis of the operation model as a criterion of optimality. The offered approach allows to realize the optimization of ICS in conditions of combined stochastic and fuzzy uncertainty on the base of algorithmic model.	en
