Abstract

Device for measurement of gas flow rate with frewquency output to which are included transformer of optical signal to frequency signal, it includes two bipolar transistors, two capacitors, inductance, three resistors, photodiode and two sources of direct voltage, at that the first output of the first resistor is connected to the first pole of the first source of direct voltage, first output of the first capacitor, and the second output of the resistor is connected to basis of the first bipolar resistor, emitter of the first bipolar transistor is connected to the emitter of the second bipolar transistor, at that collector of the first bipolar transistor is connected to the anode of the photodiode, first output of the second resistor and first output of inductance second output of which is connected to the first output of the second capacitor and first pole of second source of direct voltage, cathode of photodiode is connected to the base of the second bipolar transistor and the second output of the second resistor and first output of the third resistor, second output of the first capacitor is connected to collector of bipolar transistor, second output of third resistor, second output of the second capacitor and to second poles of the first and second sources of direct voltage.
