Abstract

Comparative indicators of thermal resistance of enclosing structures of Ukraine and European countries is also presented. The urgency and prospects of thermal modernization obsolete housing stock has been established. The autor analyzed the content of state standards, which require harmonization of legislation in force in the moment interstate and international standards on warming homes. The conditions for crediting with the purpose of thermo residential buildings is disscused.
