Abstract

A generator of pressure pulses with relay differential operation has a body, a spring-loaded valve and connecting branch pipes. The valve is arranged as a two-step one, the first step with smaller diameter is pressed to the installation seat, and the second stage with larger diameter is arranged with possibility of positive closing of circular bore in the body connected to sink. The upper part of the second stage of the valve with larger diameter goes into intermediate cavity formed in the body of the body. Besides that, the valve pot is connected to the sub-valve cavity to which the first stage of the valve goes, this is permanently connected to the pressure main. The first and the second stages of the valve together with the body form a closed cavity that through a throttle is permanently connected to the circular bore. Diameters of the first and the second stage of the valve are arranged at following relationship: , where , - diameters of the first and the second stages of the valve, respectively. At that the valve pot is arranged in the body of the valve, there a spring is placed, and a cup of the cover of the body, there piston is placed, this is packed with a sealing ring. In the lower section of the valve an opening with diameter is provided, this connects the sub-valve cavity to the valve pot. Diameters of the first stage of the valve and the valve pot are arranged at following relationship: , where - diameter of the valve pot. The piston is arranged as one part with the rod, this is in its lower section, with possibility to close the opening in the lower section of the valve, at that , where - overlap that is the distance from the lower end of the rod to the upper circle of the opening in the lower section of the valve, - positive overlap, besides that diameter of the rod coincides with the diameter of the opening . In the valve body the inner circular bore is arranged, this is connected through throttling opening to the circular bore. Besides that, in the cup of the body cover the inner opening is provided, with possibility of periodical connection of the over-piston cavity to the inner circular bore in such way that , where - inner overlap that is the distance from the lower point of the inner opening to the upper end of the inner circular bore. In the upper section of the body long slots are provided, those connect the intermediate cavity with the circular bore.
